Noam Zilberman
Founder, MedWise Clinical
I spent two decades leading clinical development — running global trials across hospitals, R&D, regulatory, and commercial teams. Everything depended on data, and turning it into something usable in real time was always harder than it should have been. I founded MedWise Clinical to close that gap — bringing deep clinical domain expertise and hands-on technology together, a pairing that's rarer than it should be in the AI age.

The story
Why I started MedWise Clinical.
For years, everything depended on data — and we had plenty of it. But turning that data into something you could actually use, in real time and under pressure, was always harder than it should have been. So we improvised. Spreadsheets became the system. Workarounds became the process. Visibility became manual.
But the real gap was never just about data, or even tools. It was about connection — between a deep understanding of the day-to-day reality of clinical work and the technology meant to support it. Bridging those two worlds is harder than it sounds, and it is where things often get lost.
That connection is what MedWise Clinical is built on: deep clinical domain expertise and hands-on technology, held in the same hands. In the AI age, that pairing matters more than ever.
What we're building
A new kind of clinical workspace.
MedWise isn't about building another tool. It's about creating environments where clinical teams can actually see, understand, and act — workspaces that are:
Built from the trenches
Shaped by real-world clinical pressure — not theory.
Accessible
Not limited to enterprise budgets.
Fast to adopt
No heavy onboarding or long implementations.
Smart and responsive
Aligned with how teams actually operate.
Visual by design
Turning data into immediate clarity.
Ready for AI
A foundation for bringing AI into clinical work with the guardrails a regulated environment demands.
Experience
20+ years in clinical development.
Leading clinical programs that supported FDA approvals and global adoption — working closely with investigators, regulators, and cross-functional teams.

Founder
MedWise Clinical
Building the clinical workspace I wished I had for two decades — including Wormhole, a clinical intelligence platform that turns messy, siloed data into a dynamic, actionable environment for drug and device development. I lead every aspect hands-on, from product design to backend infrastructure.
